Mike Doble – Doble Consulting
Mike Doble has over 40 years of leadership and communications experience. During his long career, he held multiple high-ranking public affairs positions in the US Army. Since his Army retirement in 1996, he has counseled a broad portfolio of corporate and government clients, including service in the Executive Office of the President of the United States, where he was the agency onsite coordinator for the Office of National Drug Control Policy’s National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign.
He has also directed communications for startups, taught at George Mason University, co-authored a chapter in a strategic communication textbook, and has held multiple senior leadership development and communications roles in a Fortune 200 company. He is Accredited in Public Relations by the Public Relations Society of America and is certified as a Functional Continuity Professional by Disaster Recovery Institute International.
Esther Rogers
Esther has over 17 years of experience as an art director and graphic artist, working on logos, brochures, newsletters, infographics, presentations, proposal design, trade show displays, and more.
She is an illustrator and visual development artist and has created dynamic environmental illustrations and scenarios. Her fine art includes subjects such as animals, people, and nature, created both digitally and using traditional methods in watercolor and oils.
Jason Culpepper – Recall Productions
Jason Culpepper has over 25 years of experience as a producer, editor, cinematographer, and photographer working in the aerospace, defense, outdoor, and commercial media industries. For the last 15 years he provided Raytheon Technologies, The Missile Defense Agency, Collins Aerospace, and Pratt and Whitney a variety of content including internal highly technical documentation to commercial external media for marketing and promotion. His photography has been featured in Wired Magazine, Popular Mechanics, and Defense news.
Jason holds a BA from Webster University in videography and photography and has completed multiple specialized training courses in highspeed scientific cinematography.
Richard Reed
Richard is a multidisciplinary, award-winning content creator with over 20 years of experience producing story driven creative solutions, communicating product development, and influencing strategic decisions.
While working at RTX’s in-house creative services Advanced Media group, Richard managed creative teams and collaborated with communication executives and business development leadership to develop 3D conceptual designs, technical illustrations, 3D animations and motion graphics, conceptual proof-of-concepts, short-form videos, UI/UX product visualizations, advertising campaigns, and more.
His work has been featured in the 2023 Netflix documentary, Unknown: Cosmic Time Machine. He also developed and managed a high-fidelity 3D model and smooth workshare of the James Webb Space Telescope with custom textures and deployment rigs, optimized for a web-based server which helped NASA virtually monitor the observatory.

He develops and supplies innovative, professional, and quality animation, virtual and augmented reality, interactive web development, 2D and 3D visual effects, motion graphics, video, print design, corporate marketing and branding, and more.
